<Advance Reservations>

• All programs, including "ASIAGRAPH", "ConTEX", "International 3D Fair", "Personnel training seminar", and "Careers guidance" require advance registration.
• Applications will close as soon as capacity is reached.
• Application can be made only from this site, but there will be a few seats available on the day.
• All symposiums, seminars, and screenings are unreserved seating.

<Making Advanced Reservations>

STEP1 Select Advance Reservations from the program details for the desired event.

STEP2 Select the desired program, and click the "Reserve" button.

STEP3 Enter the required fields in the Advance Reservations Form, and then send.

STEP4 Your reservation code and sent details will be sent to the mail address entered on the application form, so check your reservation code, booking details, and designated registration window.
(Make sure to write down and not to lose your sent details and registration number.)

STEP5 On the day, present your name and the reservation code you have been sent to your designated arena registration window (7th floor of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation, or the 3rd floor of the Tokyo International Exchange Center).
You will be given a password, so then take your password to the venue where your desired program is being held.

<Registration Precautions>

• Make sure to have completed registration at your designated registration site 15 minutes before curtain up. If you have not registered by 15 minutes in advance, your seat will be changed to first-come, first-served on the day.
• Registration opens from 10:00AM each day. (12:00PM on the 23rd only)
  Note: Special registration will be available from 9:30AM, however, for programs starting at 10:00AM. Follow the instructions from the guide in the entranceway to the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation.

<Fee-Paying Programs>

• Please pay on the day on site.
• If you require a receipt, please ask the registration receptionist on the day on site.

<On-Site Precautions>

• All programs are unreserved seating. Crowding can be expected on the day. Please be courteous to the people beside you.
• For safety’s sake, please cooperate with keeping to the correct aisles when walking on site.
• There is no smoking, eating, or drinking in any of the auditoriums. Use the designated locations for smoking, eating, and drinking.
• Still photography and video are prohibited in some events. Please cooperate with this prohibition.
