“Real Baby, Real Family” is a VR experience that uses the photographs of users to predict the future babies of the players before putting them inside the VR space for people to play. “Real Baby, Real Family” has the below 3 characteristics: 1. Generates a baby’s face from one or two people using opportunity learning and image processing. 2. Uses head mounted display to allow users to hug the babies. 3. Synchronizes audio and haptic feedback to create a life-like seamless VR Baby experience. Furthermore, the baby’s voice belongs to the cry of an actual baby, further enhancing the believability of this project.Exhibition content
Laval Virtual is the largest European VR and AR advanced technology convention. It is composed of numerous events such as trade fair, award ceremonies, VRIC International Conference, student contest, international public recruitment demonstration “ReVolution”, startup support, content showcase…etc. It has been held annually in Laval located in Western France since 1999. The next Laval Virtual is scheduled to be hold from April 4 to 8 in 2018. Our booth will introduce “Real Baby – Real Family” which was exhibited at Laval Virtual ReVolution and have received many international awards.Movies
