Annual announcement and presentation of awards to those products which contributed to the content industry. Awarded products will be introduced, screened and presented.
Also, DCG includes the following two events:
Digital Creators Competition(DCC)2008
Annual awards to excellent short animations by young creators leading the next generation will be announced and given, and winner animations will be screened.
1st High School 3 Minute Movie Award
(Eizo Koshi'en)2008
3 minute CG, animation or live-action movie competition for high school students on the subject of Environment this year. Awarding and screening are planned.
The ceremony will include:
1) Awarding of the winner companies and presentation of the winner products for DCG
2) Awarding of the creators and screening of the winner content for DCC and Eizo Koshi'en
Exhibits, “23 Year History of DCG”, “Introduction of Content-related Awards throughout Japan”, and “Introduction of Winner Content” are scheduled.
Seminars and symposiums for creators will be held.
