We exhibit the three method of electrical stimulation to change the eating experience. First is the folk type, which is desinged for using in eating behavior. Second is the glove type deveice, which can change the any metalic matrials for stimulation device. Last is the electric chin stimulation, which can change the tase just using electrodes attached on the chin and back of neck.
Technical Specification
The method iducing tase using electric stimulation taste have been well known as electric taste since 18 Century. The technology is used for medical purpose. On the other hand, we have been developping and researchng the novel electric stimulation method that can induce, enhance and inhiit the taste sensation. In this demonstration, we exihbit the novel digital technology that creates the "Food-media" using electrical stimulation.
