What is Digital Content Expo (DCEXPO)?

DCEXPO is an international event featuring advanced digital content technology (*) and digital content.

Progress of the technology used in creation, distribution, and utilization of content such as movies, music, and games not only has contributed to the innovation of the content industry but also might have the possibility to change the world to come.

DCEXPO is a place to be exposed to new ideas, meet people, and find the possibility of new business and new different types of content which have begun creating a new market or have the possibility of creating it, through watching exhibits of advanced technology, experiencing most recent content, and attending lectures given by experts, researchers and creators who are active in the field.

This is the main program of DCEXPO, featuring digital content and advanced digital content technology.
In the exhibition area, visitors can be exposed to new content and also experience newest technology listening to the explanation about the technology by the inventor.

This is a program where visitors experience such technology items as expected to contribute a lot to progress of the content industry with their innovativeness. Advanced technology and intriguing content are exhibited with demonstration. Look forward to new encounters and experiences!

TechBiz Creation & Matchmaking

This program aims at overseas promotion of content technology developed by Japanese companies and institutions. We intend to create international business and collaboration through exchange among engineers, business persons, creators, and researchers who attend DCEXPO from Japan and overseas.
Exhibition & demonstration, B2B matchmaking, and pitching in the field of content-related technology will be conducted as part of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI)’s Content-related Business Matching Project, one of their projects to promote overseas business development for content.
